Designing Headphne
Create T-Spline Body
Model Toolbar > Create > Create Form
Click OK
Sculpt Toolbar > Create > Box
Pick the left plane
Hover cursor over to center and pick a point
Drag out to about 50 x 50 and pick a point
Lehgth: 50 Width: 50 Height: 25
Symmetry: Mirror
Tick Length Symmetry and Width Symmetry
Click OK
Double-click on the vertical ring to loop them
ViewCube > Right
Right-click anywhere and select Edit Form
Drag the horizontal line of the manipulator up to about 1 grid
Click OK
Double-click on the horizontal line to loop them
Right-click anywhere and select Edit Form
Drag the vertical line of the manipulator to left 1 grid
Click OK
Shift + Mouse Wheel to orbit the body to check
Ctrl + Select the 4 faces
Right-click anywhere and select Edit Form
Manipulator Functions
Hover over the center node to display the 3 triangle
Alt + Drag (flatten) in to about 0.7
Alt + Drag (extrude) the arrow out to 15
Alt + Drag the center node in about 0.8
Alt + Drag the front arrow out to 5
Click OK
Ctrl + Select the bottom 2 faces, right-click and select Edit Form.
If the top 2 faces become green
Toolbar > Symmetry > Clear Symmetry
Alt + Drag the center node in about 0.9
Alt + Drag the arrow in -5
Click outside to deselect the faces
Pick the top-left face
Drag the rotation node up to -20 deg
Repeat the same steps on the top-right face to make a smiling face
Orbit the body to back
Ctrl + Select the 4 faces
Right-click and select Edit Form
Alt + Drag the center node in to 0.8
Alt + Drag the center node in to 0.7
Orbit the body and select the arrow
Alt + Drag the arrow in 15
Click OK
Insert Edge
Orbit the body
Double-click the center ring to loop them
Toolbar > Modify > Insert Edge
Additional ring added on left in green color
Change the distance to 0.4
Click OK
Pick a face
Shift + Double-click on the next face
This will loop the faces in the direction of second selected face
Right-click and select Edit Form
Alt + Drag the center node out 1.05
ViewCube > Front
Drag the vertical line of manipulator to right 1.5
Click OK
Crease Edge
Orbit the body
Toolbar > Modify > Crease
Double-click the back edge to loop all the edges and click OK
Ctrl + Select the top 2 faces, right-click and select Edit Form.
Alt + Drag the center node in 0.8
Alt + Drag the top arrow up 20
Orbit the body
Ctrl + Select the 2 side faces and drag the vertical line in 0.7
Drag the vertical line of the manipulator to right 0.7
Drag the arrow up to 4
Drag the rotation node to left 5 deg
ViewCube > Front
Drag the right arrow to 70
Drag the rotation node to right 6 deg
Mirror - Duplicate
Toolbar > Symmetry > Mirror - Duplicate
Turn on the orgin
Browser - Body
Pick the plane parallel to the body
2D Sketch
Toolbar > Sketch > Arc - 3-Point Arc
Pick 1st point on right
Pick 2nd point on left
3rd point to the height 100
Click Stop Sketch
Create Bridge
Toolbar > Modify > Bridge
Select the 2 top faces
Click the arrow of Side Two, then select the 2 faces on the other body
Click Follow Curve
Select the arc, click Preview
Click OK
ViewCube > Front
Turn off the sketch
Cross-select the bridge and right-click, select Edit Form.
Drag the arrow up to 40 and click OK
Orbit the headphone to show the bottom, Ctrl + Select 3 faces.
Right-click and select Edit Form
ViewCube > Front
Drag the horizontal line down 0.6
Select the front face, right-click and select Edit Form.
Drag the left arrow to 10 and click OK
Orbit to back, select the face and drag to right 10 and click OK.
Convert to Solid
Select the body
Toolbar > Utilities > Convert
Click OK
Create Hole
Toolbar > Construct > Offset Plane
Pick the X-Plane, drag the arrow up 160, click OK.
Toolbar > Sketch > Ellipse
Pick the top plane
Pick the center point
Move cursor to right until 60 and pick a point
Enter 20 for the vertical axis
Click Stop Sketch
Turn on the sketch
Ctrl + Select the ellipses, right-clcik and select Edit Form.
Pick inside and select the profile
Operation: Cut
Drag the arrow down to cut the body and click OK
Add Fillet
Toolbar > Modify > Fillet
Select the edge, enter 3 for the radius, click OK.
Orbit to bottom
Repeat the same steps
Appearances
Ctrl + Select the faces
Toolbar > Modify > Appearance
Apply To: Faces
Library: Fusion 360 Appearances/ Plastic/ Opaque/ Plastic - Matte (Gray)
Drag & drop the material on the face
Ctrl + Select the faces of bridge and ear set
Right-click and select Appearance
Darg & drop material Plastic - Glossy (Blue)
Ctrl + Select all faces on edge
Drag & drop material Plastic - Glossy (Red)
Ctrl + Select the inner faces of ear set
Click the arrow to download the material Fabric (Generic)
Drag & drop the material on the selected face
